Nick Clauser, REALTOR®, with the Homegrown Group at EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville, FL. He and his wife Becca had a longtime dream of moving to the Sunshine State. They fell in love with Jacksonville on a vacation with friends, so in 2019 they moved from Louisville, KY. Nick says he is so blessed to have a growing family. He is the proud father of his sons Ian and Emmitt.

Nick started working as a REALTOR® in 2020 and is known for being a calm and patient agent who enjoys creating a stress-free home buying or selling experience. Nick believes in the value of establishing a home and putting down roots. Gardens are a beautiful way to connect with your neighborhood and connect with your loved ones around the dinner table. Jade White has been a REALTOR® at EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville, Florida since 2018. Born and raised in South Florida, Jade has traveled extensively across the US and Europe before finally putting down roots in Jacksonville. She was drawn to the region’s unique combination of diversity, culture, outdoor recreation, and Southern hospitality. With her two lovely children, Jade enjoys exploring all that the First Coast has to offer!

Jessica has been a REALTOR® in Northeast Florida with EXIT 1 Stop since April 2016 and has resided in Northeast Florida since 1988. Using her unique passion and aptitude for real estate, Jessica helps people achieve their personal, unique aspirations.

Through her contemplative listening and ability to facilitate meaningful discussions, Jessica accesses her customers’ motivations and intentions and provides superior results. Having moved over 15 times and owned over 17 homes, Jessica understands the multitude of stressors and considerations that accompany selling/buying a home and thrives in ensuring that customers have a seamless and smooth experience.

Jessica has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1988, and serves her family of seven and humanity as a whole through volunteering at multiple organizations, leading Sunday School, and making annual trips to South Africa to support widows and orphans since 2010.

Assisting people in buying or selling homes, enriching lives, and building community are Jessica’s primary interests. She also enjoys reading, teaching,

walking the beach to pick up trash, and having deep discussions. Further, she avidly explores her interpersonal relationships using the Enneagram personality construct.

Madison Yates, REALTOR® with Homegrown Group with EXIT 1 Stop Realty has lived in Jacksonville her entire life. She has had the privilege of watching this area that she loves turn into the booming and lively city that it is today. She has served the area by giving her time and treasure to organizations such as The American Red Cross, St. Vincent de Paula™s Society, and The Girl Scouts of America.
